Keith R. Lagnese, M.D., FACP, Owner

Dr. Lagnese co-founded Harmony Hospice in 2003 and is directly involved in its ongoing mission to provide an exceptionally integrated and highly personalized experience for our hospice patients and their families.

Dr. Lagnese is board certified in Internal Medicine with a Diplomate in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and his strong background in medical services management and clinical practice serves Harmony Hospice well. Dr. Lagnese is currently in practice at St. Clair Hospital and is the hospital’s Vice President/Medical Services Committee and Chairman of the Department of Medicine. He is also Medical Director at several South Hills assisted living facilities and a Clinical Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lagnese is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at Legacy Portland Hospitals.

Daniel B. Erlanger, D.O., Owner

Dr. Erlanger co-founded Harmony Hospice in 2003 with the goal of creating the most comforting and fulfilling experience possible for patients and families facing end-of-life-care.

Dr. Erlanger is board certified in Internal Medicine and brings deep experience and strong local relationships to Harmony Hospice. As Medical Director of Country Meadows in Bridgeville, PA, and Medical Director of Concordia of the South Hills, Dr. Erlanger is at the forefront of hospice treatment and skilled nursing care in Pittsburgh and, notably, the South Hills. He is also a Clinical Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Erlanger is a graduate of the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Douglas Suttner, R.N., Executive Director

Mr. Suttner oversees all aspects of Harmony Hospice operations, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. He joined Harmony Hospice 00 years ago and prior to that, he was employed as Regional Manager of Operations at Deaconess HomeCare. Other past employers include Western Pennsylvania Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He received his A.S.D. in Nursing from the Community College of Allegheny County and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kimberly R. Liebert, R.N., Director of Nursing

Ms. Liebert manages the nursing staff at Harmony Hospice and works closely with our patients and their families to coordinate all aspects of care. She has been employed at Harmony Hospice since 2006 and prior to that, worked with several area home care and hospice organizations. Past hospital employers include UPMC, Ohio Valley General Hospital and most recently, St. Clair Hospital in the Cardiac ICU. She received her degree from the Ohio Valley General Hospital School of Nursing.

Roger Zioncheck, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. Zioncheck supervises all aspects of clinical care at Harmony Hospice, working to bring our patients the most advanced treatment for pain management care and symptom control. He joined Harmony Hospice in 2006, is board certified in Geriatric Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a practicing physician with Health Group Medical Group and a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, where he completed his Geriatric Medicine Fellowship and his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency.
